Donat















Bahan I:
  • 200 ml susu ultra plain
  • 11 gr ragi instant
  • 300 gr tepung terigu cakra kembar
  • 1/2 sdt garam halus
Bahan II:
  • 60 gr tepung terigu
  • 60 gr shortening
  • 2 sdm gula halus
  • 1 butir kuning telur
Cara membuat:
  1. Campurkan semua bahan I, adon sampai kalis. Simpan dalam wadah tertutup kurang lebih 1 jam.
  2. Campurkan semua bahan II, adon bersama dengan bahan I yang sudah mengembang. Biarkan 10 menit.
  3. Cetak adonan dan goreng. Beri toping sesuai selera.

Moist Devil's Food Cake


Adapted from Steve G's Moist Devil Food Cake


This cake has a very soft and flavorable texture. I love this cake! This is my favorite birthday cake for my loved ones ;)

113.40 g unsweetened chocolate, chopped
59.15 ml Dutch-processed cocoa powder
295.74 ml boiling water
177.44 ml all-purpose flour
177.44 ml cake flour
4.93 ml baking soda
1.23 ml salt
226.80 g unsalted butter, softened
354.89 ml packed dark brown sugar
3.00 large eggs, room temperature
118.30 ml sour cream
4.93 ml vanilla extract

Direction:
  1. Adjust oven rack to upper- and lower-middle positions; heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease three 8-inch pans, line bottom of each pan with parchment paper round, grease agin and flour.
  3. Combine chocolate and cocoa in medium bowl; pour boiling water over and whisk until smooth.
  4. Sift together flours, baking soda, and salt onto large bowl and set aside.
  5. Place butter in bowl of standing mixer and beat at medium-high speed until creamy, about 1 minute.
  6. Add brown sugar and beat on high until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
  7. Stop mixer and scrape down bowl.
  8. Increase speed to medium-high and add eggs one at a time, beating 30 seconds after each addition.
  9. Reduce speed to medium; add sour cream and vanilla and beat until combined, about 10 seconds.
  10. Stop mixer and scrape down bowl.
  11. With mixer on low, add about one third of flour mixture, followed by about one half of chocolate mixture.
  12. Repeat, ending with flour mixture; beat until just combined, about 15 seconds.
  13. Do not overbeat.
  14. Remove bowl from mixer; scrape bottom and sides of bowl and mix gently to be certain all ingredients are combined.
  15. Divide batter evenly among cake pans, smooth batter to edges of pan with angled spatula.
  16. If baking three 8-inch cakes, place two pans on lower-middle rack and one on upper-middle rack.
  17. Bake until skewer inserted in center comes out clean, 20 to 23 minutes for 8-inch cakes.
  18. Cool on wire rack 15 to 20 minutes.
  19. Run knife around pan perimeter to loosen.
  20. Invert cakes onto large plate; peel off parchment, and reinvert onto lightly greased rack.
  21. Cool completely before frosting.

Pizza

Untuk adonan dasar Pizza:
1 sachet (@ 7g = 1/4 oz = 2 sdt) ragi (Misalnya: Fermipan atau merek lainnya)

1 sdt gula pasir
2 ½ cups tepung protein tinggi (tepung cakra kembar) (kurang lebih 350 gr)

garam (irma pakai 1/4 sdt)

2 sdm minyak zaitun (irma pakai minyak makan)



Cara mengolahnya:
Larutkan ragi dan gula di mangkuk kecil dengan 200ml air hangat. Aduk rata dan sisihkan selama 10 menit, atau hingga campuran raginya berbuih.Campur tepung dan sejumput garam di mangkuk besar. Buatlah lubang di tengah2 campuran tepung dan masukkan ragi dan olive oil. Campur hingga menjadi adonan.
Taburi meja kerja dengan sedikit tepung, lalu uleni adonan selama 5-7 menit, atau hingga lembut dan elastic (ciri-cirinya di tangan dan di meja kerja ga lengket lagi dan adonan kelihatan mengkilat ”ab).Tempatkan adonan di dalam mangkuk yang sudah diolesi dengan minyak, tutup dengan serbet lembab atau plastik dan biarkan di tempat yang hangat selama 1 - 1 ½ jam, atau hingga adonannya membengkak berlipat ganda.Panaskan oven suhu 210C (415F, Gas Mark 6-7).Tinju adonan untuk mengeluarkan gelembung udara. Bagi adonan menjadi 2-3 bagian yang sama dan gilas atau tekan-tekan seukuran 4-5mm (¼ inci). Pindahkan ke loyang pizza (kalau ada). (Alternatif lain menggunakan loyang biskuit dan adonannya dibentuk bulatan lalu gilas ”ab).Tutup dengan pilihan topping kesukaan masing-masing dan panggang selama 15 menit. Lalu pindahkan pizza ke atas rak oven dan panggang lagi selama 3-4 menit, hingga lebih garing di bagian bawahnya.
